Postage & Delivery

Our book baskets are sent from Sydney, using either Fastway couriers or Australia Post, depending on the destination.

Once your order and payment have been received, your book basket will normally be packed and sent on its way within 24 hours. If we receive your order before 11am EST, we will usually be able to send it out the same day.

Please note that we require a street address for delivery. Our couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.


Delivery Charges & Times

Our book baskets are delivered during business hours, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be packed and sent out on the next working day.

The table below shows our delivery charges and the estimated times required for delivery to various parts of Australia.

Please note that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to overseas addresses.

Re-Delivery Charges

Unfortunately there are times when it is necessary for us to charge a re-delivery fee.

We try to minimize the chance of this happening but we think it’s important to let you know that the following situations will incur a re-delivery fee:

  • when a gift requires re-delivery because the address or other information regarding the recipient is incorrect or incomplete;
  • when a gift requires re-delivery because the address is unattended and there is no safe place to leave the gift;

Recipient Information

Please make sure you enter the correct information for your delivery. It’s a good idea to double-check the name and address and any other details, including spelling. If the details are incorrect or incomplete and the gift needs to be re-delivered, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.

Delivery to Business Addresses

If your gift is being delivered to a business address, please make sure you enter the name of the business to ensure the delivery process runs smoothly.

Delivery to Hospitals

If you would like your book basket to be delivered to a child or new mum in hospital, please make sure that the recipient will still be in hospital at the time of delivery. Re-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.
